Final Mile Transportation Logistics Coordinator (Jacksonville, fl)

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a Transportation Logistics Coordinator with Final Mile experience for our Logistics company. This role supports Dispatch and Operations, interacting directly with our Logistics team and Truck Drivers. Strong computer skills — including experience with Dispatch software and proficient data entry — along with excellent communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Prepare invoices, reports, and general administrative documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service, account management, and logistics skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a mixed office/warehouse environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the north side location.
• Proficient with computers (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) and Final Mile experience.
