Position Overview

Join our law firm as a Small Business Salesperson and take the next step in your professional sales career. In this role, you will work with small business owners and c-level executives seeking debt relief through bankruptcy or debt negotiation. Your primary goal is to convert inbound leads into retained clients by clearly explaining our processes and establishing trust, while collaborating with our marketing team and legal experts. This is a full-time position with competitive Compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads generated from our online advertising and direct mail campaigns.
  • Work with small business owners facing overwhelming debt to help keep their businesses operational and return them to profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop targeted online paid search and advertising campaigns in Texas.
  • Explain the small business bankruptcy process and retainer agreement to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Clarify the debt negotiation process and associated retainer agreement, ensuring clients understand their options.
  • Utilize our Client Management System to document client interactions and manage sales reporting.
  • Create and submit client retainer agreements using our online system.
  • Establish a payment plan that aligns with the client’s ability to pay.
  • Collect necessary documentation from business owners as required by service agreements.
  • For bankruptcy cases, facilitate the smooth transition of clients to our legal team.
  • For debt negotiation cases, develop and execute effective strategies to reduce client debts.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and fluently explain the small business bankruptcy process and retainer agreements.
  • Proven sales background with self-motivation and resilience.
  • Empathetic and responsive communication skills to work with clients in challenging situations.
  • Technically savvy with experience using digital client management systems.

  • Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
