Position Overview

Join our team as a Territory Sales Associate (TSA)! This remote position requires you to drive your personal vehicle approximately 55 miles per day with travel mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile (no car allowance provided). Additionally, Schedule: Continuous Part-Time (20-25 hours per week, core hours 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday) and Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour based on skill, experience, and geographic location. Represent fun brands like Reese’s, Hershey’s Kisses, Twizzlers, and Jolly Ranchers while leveraging your selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items in the assigned territory, ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.
• Achieve merchandising objectives through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles.
• Report weekly activities, expenses, account changes, and promotions, along with all administrative functions within the territory.
• Submit daily activity reports via tablet upon completion of each day.
• Manage the sales territory, adapting to variations in territory size, retailer count, and location.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 for property damage; policy must permit business use.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the specified territory boundaries.
• Must be able to drive long distances to make multiple daily sales calls.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently.
• Must be proficient in using tablet technology and have daily access to wireless internet.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience Required: 3-4 years of food merchandising experience is preferred but not required.
