Position Overview
Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team is dedicated to designing, building, and deploying AI systems in a manner that engenders trust and adheres to ethical standards and regulations. Working within the Global Data & AI Practice, the team develops differentiated intellectual property and Responsible AI solutions, collaborating with regulators, academia, and ecosystem partners. This role offers you the opportunity to help turn AI challenges into opportunities while ensuring ethical and responsible practices across the AI lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI models and solutions with a focus on ethical and responsible practices.
- Detect, evaluate, and mitigate risks by applying Responsible AI dimensions such as fairness, transparency, explainability, and privacy.
- Optimize and maintain AI systems for enhanced performance while ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
- Participate in the full AI development lifecycle including data preparation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and best practices for Responsible AI and assist in technical training.
- Document AI development processes to maintain transparency around decisions and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years, or 6 years for an Associate’s degree).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and evaluating machine learning models, with expertise in areas such as statistics, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Coding Skills: At least 3 years of experience in coding with languages such as Python, R, or Java; proficiency in frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; and rapid API development with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Data Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets, perform data preprocessing and analysis, and knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) related to AI.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, documentation, and communication skills with a commitment to ethical AI development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus Points for managerial experience in leading teams.
- Experience with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
