Position Overview
As an HR team member at Plexus, you will support and partner with management to implement HR programs that foster a high-performance, continuously improving, and engaging culture. At Plexus we are driven by our commitment to building a better world. Compensation: Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $77,200.00
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs across recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, records management, safety and health, employee relations, and compliance.
- Support group meetings for training, onboarding, exit interviews, and explanation of compensation/benefit programs.
- Help identify and address performance issues by reviewing policies, evaluating solutions, and recommending coaching or counseling for managers and employees.
- Provide HR support by addressing employee concerns and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR-related information including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with 0-2 years of related experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently or within a team.
- Works under direct supervision and demonstrates basic problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR certification is a plus.
