Position Overview
Staffing Sales Pro to work a full desk selling and recruiting both temporary and direct hire positions. Well established firm seeks outside sales pro who can also recruit, as needed. Ground level opportunity to build an office and prosper in the growth of the business.
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
Required Qualifications
- Proven 2-4 yrs. minimum experience in business development, technology sales, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and ability to effectively close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Technical background or understanding of technical products/services is preferred.
- Driver's License (Preferred).
