Key Responsibilities
- Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry.
- Learn and promote company products and services (more information).
- Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals.
- Offer new or additional products to existing customers.
- Identify new prospects that generate new income.
- Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers.
- Document client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales interactions.
- Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Able to ask questions and quickly identify solutions for potential clients.
- Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism.
- Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- Technologically adept.
