Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant at InterEx Group in Edgewater, Miami, FL, you'll take ownership of your own market and client relationships. Compensation: $55,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE: $80K–$100K). In this role, you will learn how to match top-tier tech professionals with world-class companies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement, build lasting client partnerships and drive new business, and utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM to stay competitive.
