Key Responsibilities

  • Own your territory like it's your business – develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build and nurture genuine relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and develop creative solutions to capture new business
  • Conduct product education and tastings with staff and customers
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align on brand vision and execution
  • Independently manage your schedule, pipeline, and customer follow-up with minimal supervision
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform product development and strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in beverage, craft beer, or related industries
  • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of results
  • Strong understanding of the craft beer industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience acting as a trusted advisor
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the DFW metroplex
  • Experience with CRM software and data-driven sales approaches
