Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing, developing, and managing campaigns that promote our brand, increase engagement, and drive growth. The ideal candidate is skilled in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Content Creation & Marketing:
    • Design and create marketing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
    • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers for content production.
    • Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising:
    • Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Brand & Community Engagement:
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Support event planning, promotions, and human resources initiatives.
    • Assist in other social media and marketing-related projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Loomly).
  • Ability to adapt, pivot, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with on-site and remote teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics, or CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.

Additional Information

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time at trade shows, events, etc.
