Backed by Ratmir Timashev and powered by an AI-driven Go-To-Market Accelerator, we ignite B2B SaaS founders with GTM acceleration to build global companies from Columbus. With capital ready to deploy, a deep bench of talent, and the gravitational pull of Fortune 500 anchors, OH.io is making Columbus not just competitive—but indispensable. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking with operational execution, developing positioning for multiple buyer personas (SMB owners, agencies, automation partners), designing demand generation campaigns, managing marketing operations, and building a high-performing marketing team. Location: remote-friendly with a preference for SF Bay Area or Columbus, OH

- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources strategically across channels and campaigns
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, pricing strategy, and customer insights
- Track industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
