Team & Role:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced marketing professional to drive our growth in the healthcare sector, leveraging a profound understanding of the IT decision-maker audience and steering global marketing initiatives for this sector. In this newly established role, you'll develop strategic marketing and communication plans, create engaging content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Logitech's market presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Marketing strategy and planning: Craft and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at deepening engagement with healthcare customers to achieve business objectives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Audience insights and trends: Gather valuable insights into IT decision-makers within healthcare systems, staying informed on procurement regulations and industry trends to guide marketing, communications, and product development.
  • Foundational material creation: Develop essential marketing materials including messaging, buyer personas, competitive positioning, and customer journeys.
  • Content plans and creation: Produce compelling marketing content such as thought leadership white papers, product datasheets, digital advertising assets, webinars, and sales enablement materials for various touchpoints.
  • Channel marketing: Design impactful programs for critical partners in collaboration with Channel Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Industry partnerships: Identify and engage with key industry partners and influencer communities in tandem with partnership marketing and business development colleagues.
  • Performance monitoring and optimization: Analyze campaign performance to drive ongoing improvements and success in marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing Analytics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive B2B vertical marketing experience in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT decision-maker audiences within healthcare providers and systems.
  • Experience in channel marketing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions and external partners in a dynamic organization.
  • Skilled in translating insights into impactful strategies that achieve business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, presenting, and public speaking.
  • Robust analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding business results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Compensation:

This position offers an annual salary typically ranging from $130K to $236K, depending on location and experience. In certain cases, higher compensation may be negotiated based on business needs and candidate qualifications.
