Job Description
Position Overview
As a CBRE Sr Property Marketing Graphic Designer, you will work with the property marketing team to support marketing activities for commercial real estate. You will help owners showcase their existing buildings or development projects to prospective occupants and brokers. In this role you will serve as the primary creative force, conceptualizing and producing high-level designs across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, manages multiple projects and priorities, and brings innovative ideas and solutions using advanced graphic design techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute high-quality creative work from conception to execution, demonstrating an innovative, market-leading approach.
- Devise and develop original ideas that engage target audiences and address clients’ business challenges.
- Stay informed of design trends and new technologies to provide cutting-edge design solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets and complete brand packages.
- Produce sophisticated graphic design artwork for both print and web using advanced technology and software.
- Partner with marketing strategists to build comprehensive brand identities from discovery through delivery.
- Iterate brand identities across various collateral such as websites, brochures, social media, direct mail, proposals, presentations, and environmental graphics.
- Present designs to stakeholders, effectively explaining design thinking and building consensus among brokers and clients.
- Investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services including typography, paper, and printing.
- Provide design advice to clients, sales teams, and coworkers, including offering informal technical guidance and training.
- Coordinate and assign tasks within a work unit or project as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Fine Arts or Masters of Fine Arts degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal clients.
- Proven skill in effectively presenting information and managing project budgets and cost estimates.
- Solid grasp of the fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles, with intermediate web design skills.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with familiarity in Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, familiarity with MS Excel, and basic project management, editing, and writing skills.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret sophisticated documents and address multifaceted problems using intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Sound decision-making based on a thorough understanding of company procedures, policies, and business practices.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: The minimum salary is $85,000 annually and the maximum is $95,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s benefit program.
