Collections Representative - Work from Home

Position Overview

This is a fully remote position available only to those residing/working in Texas. Eastern Account System, a respected debt collection agency with over thirty years of experience, is seeking a driven candidate who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will benefit from an attractivecompensationpackage that includes an hourly rate of$14 per hourplus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities. Initial training will be fully remote via video meetings, with the expectation that applicants work from a private location with stable internet service.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and identify appropriate repayment programs/options.
• Record accurate and detailed notes.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with Eastern Account System policies as well as FDCPA and state consumer protection laws.

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated and well organized
• Results driven with basic computer skills
• Proven phone experience and strong negotiation talent
• Excellent listening and communication abilities
• Ability to sit for the majority of the workday
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
