Entry-level Lube Tech/Technician

Position Overview

When you join us as an Entry-Level Lube Technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), you’ll work in a friendly, collaborative environment that fuels both your personal and professional growth. You will help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services on their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point safety check
• Perform other preventive maintenance services

Required Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability (Note: No late nights or holidays)
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for learning
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as crouching, bending, twisting, and working with hands above the head
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
