Position Overview

Under the supervision of the AVP of Marketing, the Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing and communication initiatives that promote Fox Chase Cancer Center's services, enhance brand awareness, drive patient engagement, and support service line growth objectives. This dynamic leadership role involves close collaboration with clinical, operational, research, and administrative teams as well as coordination with the digital team, the Key Account Management (KAM) team, Communications, Institutional Advancement, and others to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, oncology, or a related field
  • Experience in advertising, digital marketing, and market research
  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing compliance (e.g., HIPAA regulations)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including physicians, executives, and patients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
