Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Typical performance and quality assurance tests for smartphone, smartwatch, laptop and tablet.
- Analyze raw test data and published reviews from tech magazines to determine the test protocol and scoring method.
- Develop and maintain detailed Excel models for score estimation and analysis.
- Prepare reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee lab infrastructure by maintaining existing systems for operability and researching improvements when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to tech magazines, showcasing new mobile device features and providing hands-on demonstrations.
- Monitor and analyze competitor mobile device performance and review scores.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the mobile device industry.
- Contribute to internal reports and analyses on magazine scores and competitor benchmarking.
- Actively update technical expertise on new products and technology by attending media events, technical seminars, or external training.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters to drive product improvements through detailed reporting.
- Monitor Customer Service activities in Samsung's IOT space.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Required: 4+ years of experience
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and modeling), Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English; Korean preferred
- Experience in market research or competitive analysis
- Familiarity with testing methodologies for smartphones, smartwatches, laptops, and tablets
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Consumer Reports experience is a huge plus

- Salary: $106,000 - $116,000
