Job Description

Family Dollar is seeking Cashiers to assist customers, operate cash registers, and support daily store operations. Cashiers are responsible for greeting customers, scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, handling returns, assisting customers with product questions, stocking shelves when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Employees may also assist with unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and helping maintain store cleanliness. This position typically pays $12 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.

Your Responsibilities

Family Dollar Cashiers are responsible for providing customer service, operating registers, handling cash transactions, assisting customers, stocking shelves when needed, organizing merchandise, cleaning the store, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. Employees must follow company cash handling procedures and customer service policies.
