  • Forecast engineering talent needs across accounts; optimize deployment, utilization, and workforce planning.
  • Build a strong, scalable bench aligned with evolving client demand and technology skill sets.

Quality, Governance & Risk Management

  • Establish and maintain engineering quality standards, SLAs, and best practices across teams.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and manage escalations with speed and transparency.
  • Strengthen operational rigor through playbooks, processes, tooling, and reusable frameworks.

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead and mentor engineering leaders, managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with HR and Talent teams to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic delivery partner for senior Rest of World client stakeholders, ensuring engineering health, predictability, and value realization.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and influence CSAT, expansion, and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Consulting, and Engagement leadership to align delivery outcomes with client goals.

Metrics, Reporting & Performance Management

  • Define KPIs to measure engineering performance (e.g., utilization, SLA adherence, quality, velocity, NPS, escalations).
  • Report delivery health and insights to executive leadership with a data-driven lens.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in engineering delivery, operations, or technology leadership—preferably in data engineering, cloud, analytics, or consulting environments.
  • Proven track record leading large, distributed engineering teams across multiple enterprise clients.
