Job Description

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!!

JOB DUTIES:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.
  • Taking and dispatch of client messages
  • Tracing of client personnel
  • Implementation of system changes at appointed times
  • Multiple system and software monitoring and dispatch
  • Periodic review and update of client information
  • Logging and totaling operational data
  • Reporting of service level and client requests to management and/or ownership
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Housekeeping of work area
  • Any other duties as assigned by management and/or ownership

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year experience in dispatch, call center, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Clear, professional phone and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking ability; comfortable monitoring multiple systems/screens
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry; quick learner on new systems.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including nights/weekends if required).

Additional Information

Client will offers full training, and a clean and safe working environment with free off street parking. Employees are eligible to work from home after training period of up to one year, upon requirements being met.
