Job Description
Position Overview
The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external events – including webinars, seminars, and special programs – as well as supporting marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure events meet high standards in venue, service, and overall execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute most aspects of internal and external events, including webinars, seminars, and other special programs.
- Develop mailing lists and assist in drafting invitations.
- Develop timelines and coordinate e-mail marketing campaigns.
- Ensure live events are executed within budget and reflect high standards in venue, service, and food & beverage.
- Provide support on event days, including travel to event sites; track webinar analytics to identify opportunities and measure ROI.
- Actively contribute to the firm’s business development efforts through collaboration and idea sharing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development Team to prepare submissions to legal ranking organizations and coordinate interviews as needed.
- Assist with prospective client and market research for business development purposes.
- Prepare and produce business development presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of marketing collateral for all assigned offices.
- Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
- Perform such other/additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute all facets of firm events and sponsorships, including both virtual and on-site management.
- Strong ability to prioritize ongoing projects and events while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent client service ethic with proven collaboration with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-department teams.
- Highly organized, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Interaction is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of marketing and brand-related inquiries.
- Required Education: Bachelor’s in a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of corporate marketing experience.
