Key Responsibilities
- Ticketing & Booking Support: Assist clients with booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel arrangements; verify availability, pricing, and travel regulations; ensure bookings align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets; manage modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as needed.
- Client Support: Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs; provide personalized recommendations on routes, airlines, and seating options; address inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions; process payments and send confirmations promptly; stay informed on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus!)
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Customer service or ticketing experience is a bonus—but we provide training!
- Self-motivated and independent, able to thrive in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with booking platforms & CRM tools is helpful but not required)
