Job Description

Position Overview

Coke Florida is seeking a Sr. Director, IT Infrastructure, Cyber, and Service Delivery based out of Florida – preferably our Tampa HQ area office – working Monday – Friday.
This role is responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision for technology solutions across the company’s infrastructure operations, including employee service desk/support and cybersecurity. The successful leader will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level software, integrate systems, drive continuous improvement in IT processes, and manage teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the foundational infrastructure technology strategy and associated roadmaps that support business operations, including enterprise-level system software (network, compute, storage, cloud, collaboration systems, cyber, service, mobile devices, automation tools, and analytics solutions).
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of infrastructure technology to reduce costs and improve efficiency by designing and executing adoption programs and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance productivity and revenue growth.
  • Implement and maintain robust IT security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulations and standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to establish KPIs and performance metrics, generate reports and dashboards, and monitor market trends.
  • Manage and mentor the IT infrastructure and operations team to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and data-driven culture while attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans in support of business continuity, including regular testing and updates.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in technology systems processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and streamline operations processes and implement best practices to boost productivity and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments such as procurement, supply chain, enterprise data, executive leadership, and external partners to integrate technology solutions across the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance and operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and operations, with experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)/Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry viewed as a plus.
  • Proven track record in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service operations, including expertise in integrating cloud-based ERP, CRM, Warehouse Management systems, and full cyber suite solutions along with Data, AI, and analytics integrations.
  • Experience with technologies and tools such as Cisco Meraki, Silver Peak, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Amazon Connect, ITIL/ITSM processes, ServiceNow, Fresh Service, Planview, and familiarity with systems like Coca-Cola CONA, SAP, and Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technology teams, including performance management, mentoring, and development in fast-paced environments, with familiarity in digital transformation and BPO settings.
  • Previous project management experience with skills in planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Competency in managing IT budgets, analyzing spending, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

  • Experience with AI and expertise in the infrastructure requirements for enterprise AI systems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, deletion, and retention policies along with their practical implementation.
