  <ul style="padding-left:20px; margin:10px 0;">
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Communication.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Professional software development experience, ideally in financial services or risk-focused domains.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Strong programming expertise with proficiency in designing, developing, and testing software in Java or Python.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Proficiency in developing and testing enterprise-level applications with a focus on RESTful APIs.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Hands-on experience building or migrating applications to AWS, including microservices, serverless, or containerized components.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud deployment best practices.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Experience with public cloud environments (AWS Certified Developer or equivalent).</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Background in Financial Services or Risk (credit, liquidity, market), data workflows, or analytics is a plus.</li>
