• Visa Support: Provide assistance with STEM extension, H1B, and Green Card filing.
• Offer guidance on skill enhancement programs for candidates lacking technical competency or experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or Science.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience with Java programming and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NLP, Text mining, and Time Series Analysis.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Additional technical competencies to enhance candidate selection.
