As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for both current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS Center. In this role, you will interact with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business – building long-lasting relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will also have opportunities to learn, prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished projects. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for customers and prospects via multiple communication channels.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely order delivery.
- Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the sign industry, preferably with FASTSIGNS.
- Proficiency in design software such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong documentation and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Corebridge is a plus.
