Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our go-to-market team as we target a $1B+ revenue scale. In this high visibility role you will partner with senior leaders across Momentive's GTM organizations and serve as a strategic finance partner to support operational and financial planning across the company's consolidated revenue funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed with the business and provide strategic finance partnership to multiple senior leaders throughout the GTM and SP&A organization.
  • Guide, improve, and forecast key topline business metrics including Annual Recurring Revenue (Bookings), LTV:CAC, Sales Efficiency, Revenue, and Deferred Revenue.
  • Oversee end-to-end financial planning (current quarter, current year, multi-year) for Momentive's consolidated revenue funnel.
  • Provide regular insights that inform strategy and operational plans, delivering concise reporting of important metrics.
  • Partner with Corporate Finance to prepare content for senior leadership and the Board of Directors while designing strategic projects that promote operational change.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a finance-related role (investment banking, consulting, or finance and operations in a top technology company).
  • Clear communication and the ability to voice your point of view.
  • Strong team orientation with excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to navigate systems and people to uncover data and tell the compelling story behind it.
  • Skilled in managing multiple work streams and collaborating with many partners without losing attention to detail.
