Position Overview

The Entry-Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) is for early‑career individuals looking to build a long‑term sales career—not just a summer job. If you come from retail, fast food, customer service, or similar fields, and are ready for a challenging role with long hours outdoors and a robust commission‑only pay structure, this opportunity might be for you. The program starts with an intensive Summer 2026 ramp (6 days/week, in‑person, door‑to‑door) and, if you meet expectations, it transitions into an ongoing quota‑carrying role with a clear leadership track. Typical career progression includes moving from New Rep to Senior Rep and eventually to Team Lead with additional override potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our pest control services.
  • Use a proven script to present the service, handle objections, and close new customer deals.
  • Work 6 days per week during the summer ramp, typically 8‑10 hours per day, mostly on your feet and outdoors.
  • Attend daily morning training and role‑plays with your team lead.
  • After the ramp, manage your own territory, meeting weekly and monthly sales quotas, and track your activity (doors, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions).

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available full‑time for the Summer 2026 ramp (approximately May–August, 6 days/week).
  • Willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during the ramp period.
  • Comfortable with a commission‑only pay structure, meeting weekly/monthly quotas, and working long hours outdoors.
  • Committed to pursuing a long‑term sales career beyond the summer ramp.
  • Reliable and coachable, with the determination to stay focused through the entire ramp period.
