About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a leader for assigned projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Brand Management, Insights, Product Research, Packaging Development, Sales Engineering Operations
- Design products based on business needs defined by consumer insights product brief learning plan with independence
- Formulate products independently considering ingredient functionality nutritional targets consumer need claim substantiation operational feasibility financial targets
- Conduct experiments from rapid iterative prototyping to development scale-up benchtop pilot plant plant
