Lead hands-on product development from concept to commercialization using food science and creativity. Create delicious products that make it to store shelves.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Brand Management, Insights, Product Research, Packaging Development, Sales Engineering Operations
  • Design products based on business needs defined by consumer insights product brief learning plan with independence
  • Formulate products independently considering ingredient functionality nutritional targets consumer need claim substantiation operational feasibility financial targets
  • Conduct experiments from rapid iterative prototyping to development scale-up benchtop pilot plant plant
