Position Overview

As a Category Financial Analyst for Logitech for Business, you will partner with cross‐functional teams to deliver financial reporting, insights, and recommendations that drive growth strategies across products, geographies, and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain annual operating plans, forecasts, product P&L models, and detailed financial models; prepare reports on revenue, margin performance, and cost of sales; monitor KPIs and analyze variances.
  • Business Partnership: Advise product management and engineering leadership; align financial strategies; identify revenue risks and opportunities; support new business evaluations through market assessments and ROI analysis.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews; communicate key financial insights; build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline financial reporting and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail.
