ABOUT THE POSITION: You'll act as the lead contact for International Distributors in APAC region, ensuring Columbia’s Global Marketing strategy is understood, relevant, and implemented consistently across the globe. In this role, you will provide strategic international marketing direction for Columbia brands through continuous partnership with Global, Regional, and IDR cross‐functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insights into marketing plans and strategies for the APAC region and their distributors’ seasonal marketing activities and investments, including the development of marketing materials such as advertising creative, product, and lifestyle photography.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing teams to design campaign strategies, ensure local relevancy, protect brand equity, and guarantee execution excellence.
  • Develop local digital and social media activation strategies based on Global guidelines, leveraging local influencers to drive retail sales and build brand awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • A collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to approve, push back, and amend content.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, International marketing, or region-level marketing execution.
  • Experience working with international regions; multi-lingual ability is a plus.
  • Demonstrated retail experience and familiarity with distributors across geographical areas is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in translating and communicating corporate marketing strategy to cross-functional and external partners.
  • Willingness and ability to facilitate early morning and/or evening calls, and to travel internationally approximately two times per year.
  • Ability to work a hybrid role with weekly office requirements.
