Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Promotional Event Assistant at Premier Promotions, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers and driving on‑site sales at events across Kansas City. Location: Kansas City, MO (Immediate hire • Paid weekly OTE). At Premier Promotions, we embrace creativity, sportsmanship, and a high‑energy, forward‑thinking culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our clients in high‑visibility settings such as festivals, pop‑ups, demos, and retail activations.
  • Engage and connect with customers – spark interest, answer questions, and close sales.
  • Support the event crew with setup, logistics, and wrap‑up.
  • Serve as a confident, positive brand ambassador in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
  • Work directly with people in a fully face‑to‑face role (no desk time).

Required Qualifications

  • Friendly, confident, and energetic – naturally people‑oriented.
  • Strong communicator with a positive outlook.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn; full training is provided.
  • Honest, reliable, and driven to perform.
