Torani is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Manager for Arizona, Colorado, & New Mexico to drive business growth and long‐term success across the region. You will be responsible for engaging with distributor sales teams, understanding market trends, and creating go‐to‐market strategies that open new opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Foodservice Growth Driver: Establish rapport with distributors, identify gaps, drive growth in new products and accounts, and support the Foodservice Division with double-digit sales growth.
- Regional Expert: Leverage market knowledge to build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting regional chain accounts and new distributor partners, and provide accurate monthly forecasting.
- Value Creator for Operators & Distributors: Communicate Torani's value propositions effectively, unseat competition, and forge strong relationships with distributor teams and key operators.
- Distributor Network Architect: Expand and optimize distributor networks to ensure customers have timely access to products, addressing underserved markets.
- Collaboration Ninja: Collaborate internally and externally to share ideas and best practices that drive sales and support the S&OP process.
- Ooze Torani Culture and Have Fun: Bring energy, optimism, and a sense of shared purpose to celebrate progress and inspire growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a remote sales team member
- At least 5 years’ experience in the food & beverage industry
- Proven ability to grow relationships with foodservice operators and regional chain accounts
- Experience training distributor representatives and leading product education workshops
- Proficient in contact management databases, preferably Salesforce
- Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Based in the Phoenix or Denver Metro Market (within 1 hour of a major airport)
- Willing to travel overnight for at least 50% of the time, including key trade shows (e.g., SCAA, Coffee Fest)
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Salary Range of $97,000 - $118,000
- Bonus: Competitive quarterly sales bonus and an annual company bonus
