Account Executive – Acadomi – Optomi Professional Services
At Optomi, passion, drive, innovation, and strong core values are at the heart of our organization. Through the newly launched Acadomi program, recent college graduates can jump-start their careers in the IT staffing industry through a hands-on training program, mentorships, and growth opportunities. Successful candidates will train with seasoned recruiters and account executives, eventually launching their career in our DMV office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting
  • Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates
  • Gain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting new business
  • Gain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role
  • Connect with clients/companies in the market to learn about their business needs through calls, meetings, and informal gatherings
  • Develop strong partnerships by explaining how Optomi can be the ideal partner to meet business needs
  • Act as the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team
  • Maintain and develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 0 years of professional experience – Training provided!

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with customers and consultants
