Position Overview
Moveworks is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Austin, TX. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in person at our Austin office. In this role, you will be the voice sharing our game-changing AI technology with some of the world's leading companies such as Toyota, Databricks, Unilever, Marriott, and Snowflake. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Development Manager to define outreach strategies that create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid (3 days in person)
Compensation: $55,000 base + $25,000 bonus = $80,000 OTE
Key Responsibilities
- Generate outbound leads, drive attendance to webinars and events, and qualify inbound inquiries to build a pipeline for Account Executives.
- Prospect creatively using phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings, lead creation, and pipeline generation.
- Continuously learn how Moveworks delivers instant support while reducing service desk costs.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate wins.
Required Qualifications
- A history of hitting or exceeding professional metrics and goals.
- A genuine curiosity about technology and/or AI.
- A passion and knack for selling.
- Demonstrated coachability, curiosity, and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of software sales development experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing, service, or sales role.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools such as Outreach or Salesloft.
- Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
