Position Overview

As the Omni Associate you are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies to include Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, effectively manage order fulfillment tasks, maintain jcp.com operational processes, and support general store operations including inventory replenishment and annual inventory participation.

Salary: USD $15.25/Hr - USD $19.07/Hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers in finding products, delivers outstanding customer service, listens to customer issues to resolve problems, actively promotes company products and services, and partners effectively with team members.
  • Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors the Enterprise Fulfillment systems application, picks merchandise orders, accurately packs orders in accordance with packaging requirements and timelines, and completes all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner.
  • jcp.com Operations - Researches order shortages/overages, completes shipment check-in, performs order binning and system reporting, assists with the organization and maintenance of the jcp.com stock area, and processes order delivery and return transactions on the register.
  • General Operations - Collaborates with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store inventory and takes initiative to replenish products from inventory, as well as participates in the annual inventory process.
  • Performance Standards - Consistently meets established performance standards including shrink and safety initiatives, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years
  • Education: High School degree or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
