Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- 2-3 years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience
- Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach sales teams toward performance improvement
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in sales tools and systems with the capability to train and demonstrate their value
