Your Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse and distribution center.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stock shortages.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
• Utilize computer software and systems to accurately enter and track data.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to logistics and warehouse operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the logistics team and other departments within the company.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
