Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Neiman Marcus Group, aligning with the company's overall brand and business objectives.
- Lead the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, engaging, and highly effective in driving growth and customer acquisition.
- Utilize your expertise in both brand building and performance marketing to optimize social media efforts and drive measurable results.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media, and proactively incorporate new strategies and platforms into the overall strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and e-commerce, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media.
- Manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals and drive success for the company.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Monitor social media trends and consumer behavior, and use data to inform decision making and drive innovation within the social media strategy.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, representing the company and its values in all social media interactions and collaborations.
