Full Stack .NET Developer

Position Overview

Join our team as a Full Stack .NET Developer based in Onsite - Raleigh, NC (4 days per week to office). In this role, you will drive technical excellence by leading development efforts, architecting scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, perform requirement analysis, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices.
• Architecture Design and Development: Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and secure applications using C# and .NET technologies, ensuring clean and maintainable code.
• Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with product owners, designers, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions, identifying and resolving technical challenges and performance issues.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization; knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit), version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Python for scripting is beneficial.
