Marketing Data Analyst

Position Overview

Marketing Data Analyst Objective – To drive successful organizational performance and improvements through marketing data analysis across the enterprise. This role supports effective business modeling and technology integration, ensures accurate data through rigorous quality analysis and research, and collaborates with stakeholders to align data insights with user, customer, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support division and organizational needs related to enterprise contact data and data analysis using various tools such as SQL Server Management Studio.
• Establish data quality analysis functions by testing for accuracy and completeness, researching data anomalies, and communicating issues with recommended solutions to management.
• Serve as the business technical Subject Matter Expert for the design, development, and maintenance of contact data across enterprise systems, while representing the area as a Data Steward on corporate and departmental projects.
• Assist in providing insights and support for all system data and database queries within Marketing, presenting raw findings as well as interpretations and recommendations based on data analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on data analytics, finance, computer science, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of data analysis experience with at least one year in ETL.
• At least one year of Property/Casualty insurance experience or equivalent in a similar role.
• Experience in database querying and report writing.
• Proven experience working on an agile team.
• Working knowledge of system design concepts and platforms.
• Willingness to pursue continuing job-related training and education.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL query and report writing experience.
