Key Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions with excellence by efficiently handling incoming live chat sessions.
• Provide clear and detailed information on Warrior PR's services, focusing on SEO, media relations, and reputation management.
• Resolve client issues promptly, troubleshooting basic problems and escalating complex concerns when necessary.
• Document each chat interaction accurately to ensure continuity and effective follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the client.
• Stay current with service updates and industry trends through regular training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or chat support; familiarity with PR, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient, and professional approach in handling diverse client interactions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication, public relations, or related fields are beneficial.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends in a remote work setting.
