We are seeking a Sales Representative with 2-5 years of experience who is passionate about sales, relationship building, and helping customers succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers, conduct product demos, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software and stay current with industry trends.
- Provide product feedback based on customer needs and feature requests.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the Upper Hand brand with professionalism and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B or B2B2C technology company.
- Proven skills in relationship building and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- A team player who collaborates with marketing, product, and other departments.
- Comfortable presenting ideas confidently to teammates and company leaders.
- Willingness to work at our headquarters in downtown Indianapolis.
