Position Overview

The Human Resources Clerk, Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR) position supports Military Human Resources Support (MHRS) for the US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI), an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with over 37 years’ experience, is seeking a committed and passionate professional to provide critical administrative support to Soldiers and their Family Members. This includes services such as Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) operations, Soldier Readiness Processing, Strength Management, Separations, Retirement Services, Reassignment Processing, Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations, In/Out Processing, and Military Personnel File Maintenance, among others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative services supporting Soldiers and their family members, including military personnel records maintenance, Soldier Readiness Processing, promotions, reassignments, ID card services, and briefings.
  • Process miscellaneous Soldier actions based on military personnel regulations by utilizing automated personnel systems such as eMILPO, TOPMIS, EDAS, iPERMS, DEERS/RAPIDS, etc.
  • Create, review, correct, and distribute personnel records and documents, including the creation and dissemination of military orders.
  • Coordinate travel or moves, research records, policies, and regulations to verify record accuracy or determine benefits eligibility.
  • Brief or counsel Soldiers and/or their family members individually or in groups, answer routine queries, assist visitors, and screen telephone calls.
  • Ensure all actions are accurately documented in accordance with Army Regulations and directives.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in a customer service environment

  • Understanding of the military environment
