Position Overview
DuploCloud is a venture-backed software platform enabling engineering teams to simplify infrastructure automation, security, and compliance through DevOps-as-a-Service. In this pivotal Account Executive role, you will own the entire sales lifecycle from outbound sourcing to closing deals, collaborating closely with the VP of Sales, marketing team, and CEO to drive revenue growth for our cutting-edge software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process to drive incremental revenue from software.
- Proactively perform outbound sourcing, establish new partnerships, and build a resilient sales pipeline for sustained growth.
- Understand prospects’ needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling.
- Negotiate and close deals with new prospects.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and Solution Architects to advance opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of B2B SaaS sales success.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and/or cyber-security.
- Experience with AWS partner sales motion.
- Proactive in sourcing new business and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Experience thriving in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at understanding prospect needs with an approachable, conversational style.
- Quick learner with a natural affinity for cloud technology.
- Inherently driven to excel without external pressure.
- Experience as an early member of an Account Executive team.
- MUST BE LOCATED IN DC.
