Marketing/Sales- Property Management Flooring Services

Position Overview

Join Regal Commercial Services, established in 1989 and recognized as the premier flooring and construction contractor in the So. Cal marketplace, as a Sales Representative responsible for generating customer leads and promoting our products and services. This role will focus on serving the Inland Empire and North Orange County areas by building strong customer relationships and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer leads with existing Client.
• Spend most of your time in the Inland Empire, North Orange County area.
• Promote Regal products and services to the existing customer base.
• Close sales by means of excellent professional service and salesmanship (The Regal Way).
• Develop customer referrals for Regal Commercial Services' flooring services.
• Collaborate with the Flooring team in preparing sales/marketing action plans and strategies.
• Complete the daily sales schedule.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing opportunities with the Flooring team.
• Attend scheduled sales meetings.
• Perform any and all other miscellaneous tasks as defined by the management team.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
