Position Overview
Join AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program – a paid 4‑month program designed to launch a rewarding sales career. You’ll receive a$1,000 monthly stipendduring the program, a$2,000 graduation bonus, and potential relocation bonuses. With world‑class training and hands‑on experience engaging with a diverse range of customers – from small business owners to large multinational organizations – this role combines your passion for technology and sales into a transformative career journey.Compensationdetails include an initial base salary of $57,000 for months 1 and 2, transitioning in months 3 and 4 to a base salary of $48,300 plus an opportunity to earn an additional$17,000 in commissionswhen sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in instructor‑led, interactive training and real‑world sales processes.
- Engage directly with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
- Utilize advanced technologies to solve business problems and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop skills in securing new business and managing existing customer accounts.
- Prepare for a long‑term role in outside sales following successful program completion.
Required Qualifications
- A strong desire to launch a career in sales.
- Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S.
- A valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Related experience with cold calling or obtaining a sales major/certificate.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
