Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer to join our Consumer Marketing team asSenior Manager, Email Marketing, North America. This role sits within the Retention Marketing & Global CRM team and is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns that translate brand strategies into data-driven initiatives, ensuring a great customer experience and driving measurable results across North America and supporting regional partners in Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the email marketing strategy for North America, aligning global brand positioning with regional goals; manage the email calendar and collaborate with merchandising, ecommerce, creative, and digital marketing teams.
- Define audience-targeting frameworks and track key channel KPIs (open, click, conversion, revenue, list growth, traffic) through regular reporting and deep-dive analyses.
- Lead structured testing programs to continuously refine creative elements, cadence, subject lines, segmentation, and technical deliverability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams including CRM, Martech, loyalty, SMS, clienteling, ecommerce, and merchandising to ensure integrated customer experiences.
- Manage and mentor the email marketing team, overseeing daily campaign production, project management, and process improvements to optimize scalability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM with proven results, including hands-on experience with enterprise-level ESPs and email marketing technology.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills; ability to work in the NYC office three days a week.
