We are a growing manufacturing firm looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager immediately. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the site HR Lead for the assigned manufacturing facility.
• Lead Human Resource programs including employee engagement, development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, and unemployment management.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, ensuring team effectiveness and adherence to company values.
• Provide balanced leadership as both a manager and an employee advocate.
• Coach site leadership on positive employee relations practices.
• Support hiring managers in identifying and retaining top talent with a focus on internal growth.
• Encourage best practice sharing among HR Managers across sites to foster a “one team” approach.
• Coach and develop leaders and team members.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Lead and support strategic HR initiatives.
• Manage an HR team by setting clear goals, objectives, and role responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Human Resources, with a preference for manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow or other HRIS systems.
