We are a growing manufacturing firm looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager immediately. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the site HR Lead for the assigned manufacturing facility.
- Lead Human Resource programs including employee engagement, development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, and unemployment management.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, ensuring team effectiveness and adherence to company values.
- Provide balanced leadership as both a manager and an employee advocate.
- Coach site leadership on positive employee relations practices.
- Support hiring managers in identifying and retaining top talent with a focus on internal growth.
- Encourage best practice sharing among HR Managers across sites to foster a “one team” approach.
- Coach and develop leaders and team members.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Lead and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Manage an HR team by setting clear goals, objectives, and role responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Human Resources, with a preference for manufacturing experience.
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow or other HRIS systems.
