We are excited to announce an opportunity for an IT Desktop Support Technician! Join our team to provide essential front‑line support for the College’s IT systems and networks, ensuring outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in‑person assistance. In this role, you will maximise the immediate resolution of service incidents and support, install, and service essential equipment and software for staff and students, including computers, printers, and audio‑visual tools.
The position is based at Lincoln College. The effective starting salary is £27,153 per annum (effective 01 April 2026). You will work 37.5 contractual hours per week.

- 30 days annual leave plus the ability to purchase annual leave each year (pro rata if part time)
- Relaxed dress code on Fridays and non‑term time
